Responsibilities:

POSITION PURPOSE:

Due to ongoing growth, we’re searching for a motivated and passionate individual to join our team. Experience in CFDs and FX is preferable but not essential (new graduates will be considered). As a critical part of our customer experience team, you will act as a trusted advisor to our new clients working in collaboration with our Client facing, Dealing, Marketing, Research and Global payment team.

To land this role you will need:

  • Proven track record in B2C/B2B sales and business development
  • Passionate about sales and delivering the highest possible service to customers
  • Creative problem solver, professional, honest and a good team player
  • Can learn complex products quickly
  • Have computer literacy in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Proactive, KPI-driven representative, able to manage your client base but driven to source new relationships on your own accord
  • Self-motivated that likes working toward targets
  • Excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail and a “service” mindset to support our customers in the demanding, real-time environment of active trading
  • Commitment to continuous improvemen
