JOB PURPOSE:

Due to ongoing growth, we’re searching for a motivated, hungry and passionate individual to join our team. Experience in CFDs and FX is preferable but not essential (new graduates will be considered). As a critical part of our customer experience team, you will act as a trusted advisor to our new clients working in collaboration with our Client facing, Dealing, Marketing, Research and Global payment team.

GENERAL DUTIES

  • Being part of a team based in Sydney dedicated to handling all aspects of the customer onboarding experience
  • Facilitate the outbound opening of new accounts for potential clients who already indicated an interest in our platform and provide support for existing customers
  • Handle incoming sales inquiries and client issues via phone, email and live, interactive chats
  • No cold calling is involved, the job is heavily centered on engaging warm leads via outbound call campaigns, and the vast majority of the day will be spent speaking to clients over the phone in a fast-paced workplace environment
  • Provide support for existing customers with all aspects of the trading experience- funding their account, education, etc.
  • Encourage and support referrals from existing clients

TO LAND THIS ROLE YOU WILL NEED:

  • Proven track record in B2C/B2B sales and business development
  • Passionate about sales and delivering the highest possible service to customers
  • Creative problem solver, professional, honest and a good team player
  • Can learn complex products quickly
  • Have computer literacy in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Proactive, KPI-driven representative, able to manage your client base but driven to source new relationships on your own accord
  • Self-motivated that likes working toward targets
  • Excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail and a “service” mindset to support our customers in the demanding, real-time environment of active trading
  • Commitment to continuous improvement
