Responsibilities:

THE ROLE:

We’re looking for an outgoing and results-driven G-Sales Representative to help drive group bookings to the G-Wheel, Gibbons Whistler’s complete tourism experience. Whether it’s university ski trips, corporate retreats, weddings, or adventure getaways, your mission is to create unforgettable experiences for groups visiting Whistler. We’re looking for someone to join our Revenue Team and help bring more groups to Whistler, where adventure meets hospitality.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Group Bookings: Reaching out to potential clients like university clubs, corporate teams, and wedding planners to organize their Whistler experiences.
  • Outreach: Engaging with clients through cold calls, emails, and personalized communication to help them plan seamless trips.
  • Relationship Building: Connecting with people, understanding their needs, and tailoring solutions for their groups.
  • Client Coordination: Acting as the go-to person for everything they need—from accommodations and activities to dining and transportation.
