As a Client Technology Associate you will be immersed in all aspects of client delivery and product development work, including:

  • Supporting clients to ensure the best levels of user experience.
  • Collaborating with internal stakeholders to ensure project timelines are tracked and adhered to
  • Supporting testing and product launches.

    • Utilising feedback to develop training materials, resources, generate ideas, and improve product functionality.
  • Collaborating on product rollouts, webinars, demos, and training sessions.
  • Managing basic customer inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and escalations.
  • Assisting with routine administration duties to support the tracking and resolution of customer issues, client acceptance testing, change requests, testing, and issue reporting.

EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS

Minimum requirement of 4 in English and Maths
