As an Analyst within the Multinational Benefits & Mobility practice you will be immersed in all aspects of client work and internal service delivery for a varied and international client base from early in your career, including:
- Performing benefits inventory, data collection and analytical work, in addition to drafting client reports and assisting with preparing client presentations.
- Creation of deliverables including but not limited to; renewal reports, employee benefit summaries, benchmarking and analysis reports, and other documentation related to the management of client’s global benefit programs.
- Working in conjunction with client service team and local in-country partners, design and implement new local benefit plans, or modify existing programs to help ensure compliance with local requirements and alignment with client’s desired market position.
- Provide on-going support with client project management including but not limited to; conference calls, creation of meeting notes, webinars and email correspondence with corporate, regional and local HR and/or finance teams, brokers, carriers, and other applicable vendor partners.
You will also have the opportunity for:

- Exposure to all aspects of the Multinational Benefits & Mobility practice; Expat benefits, global retirement, GVISOR, global consulting and mobility.

About you:
EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS
Minimum requirement of 4 in English and Maths.
DESIRED SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS
- Ability to build strong internal and external relationships at all levels of the business
- Good Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Word and PowerPoint)
- Desire and drive to take on early responsibility
- Initiative and an eagerness to drive projects to a successful conclusion
- Willing and able to act as a team player
