PREFERRED
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education/experience
- Experience supervising small teams of around a dozen people
- Familiarity with training employees and creating complicated work schedules.
- Demonstrated ability to supervise and effectively mentor student employees

Responsibilities:
WHAT YOU’LL DO IN THIS POSITION:
- With curator, assists with hiring and training student employees and running staff meetings.
- Supervises student employees.
- Creates shift schedules for student employees each semester/term.
- Helps to serve as a public face for the gallery.
- Ensures the information desk is covered and that all morning events operate smoothly.
- Assists with gallery events (e.g., advertising, execution, etc.).
