PREFERRED

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education/experience
  • Experience supervising small teams of around a dozen people
  • Familiarity with training employees and creating complicated work schedules.
  • Demonstrated ability to supervise and effectively mentor student employees

Responsibilities:

WHAT YOU’LL DO IN THIS POSITION:

  • With curator, assists with hiring and training student employees and running staff meetings.
  • Supervises student employees.
  • Creates shift schedules for student employees each semester/term.
  • Helps to serve as a public face for the gallery.
  • Ensures the information desk is covered and that all morning events operate smoothly.
  • Assists with gallery events (e.g., advertising, execution, etc.).
