Responsibilities:
- Develop and complete content creator marketing strategies and creative campaigns with the Community Lead in the LEGO GAME organization.
- Audit and develop channel-based content creator strategies across global key markets.
- Align gaming creator partnerships with brand goals and target audience.
- Identify and build relationships with prominent content creators and thought leaders in the gaming, lifestyle and LEGO community spaces.
- Maintain regular communication with content partners to ensure successful collaboration.
- Coordinate and manage the end-to-end operations of creator content marketing campaigns.
- Negotiate contracts and manage budgets for partnerships.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance to measure effectiveness and return on investment.
- Provide regular reports on campaign metrics and insights for future improvement.
- Drive the LEGO brand recognition and engagement through authentic and impactful partner content.
- Ensure that all creator content aligns with brand guidelines and messaging.
