We are seeking talented individuals with 2-3 years of experience who are enthusiastic about video
games and eager to make their mark in the industry. Multiple candidates may be hired for this role.

Responsibilities
Feature Design: Develop and document functional designs for game systems and mechanics,
based on directives from the Project Manager and Leading Coder.
Collaboration: Work closely with programmers, artists, and UX/UI designers to ensure seamless
communication and smooth project execution.
Documentation: Draft comprehensive design documents, gameplay outlines, and art resource
requirements.
Testing and Feedback: Conduct thorough testing of features, address issues, and optimize
performance.
Player Experience: Analyze game feedback, identify areas for improvement, and enhance
gameplay using player data and trends.
Creative Contributions: Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute to the creation of
captivating content.
Requirements
Experience
2-3 years in mobile game development or relevant roles.
Familiarity with mainstream mobile games, particularly their systems and player engagement
strategies.
Technical Skills
Basic familiarity with Unity or similar game engines.
Understanding of scripting languages and basic programming concepts.
Ability to conceptualize and break down complex systems.
Creative and Analytical Abilities
Strong problem-solving skills and logical thinking.
Drawing skills to visually communicate design ideas.
Knowledge of UI/UX principles for games.
Data-driven mindset for analyzing and improving designs.
Personal Attributes
Passionate about gaming with unique insights into game design.
Strong communication, organizational, and time management skills.
Adaptability and resilience under pressure.
Legal Requirement
Must be legally authorized to work in Canada without employer sponsorship. PR or Citizens
preferred.

Preferred Qualifications
