Join the LEGO GAME team as our next Marketing Manager and take the lead in crafting impactful, dynamic marketing campaigns across our diverse portfolio of games. In this key role, you’ll be the driving force behind our marketing efforts, ensuring seamless coordination and alignment in all Go-To-Market (GTM) strategies. Responsibilities:
- Campaign Planning: Drive campaign planning across our game portfolio, ensuring overview and visibility for the GAME team and wider organization
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with internal and external teams to help develop integrated marketing communication plans.
- Product Marketing: Support and drive product marketing for a variety of our games, ensuring they stand out in a crowded market.
- Campaign Activation: Support or drive campaigns through collaborations with agencies, internal teams, and partners, ensuring every campaign is innovative, exciting, and effective.
- Operational Excellence: Establish and maintain processes that streamline marketing operations, enhance efficiency, and ensure consistent delivery of high-quality marketing materials and campaigns.
- Partner Management: Build strong relationships with key partners across the organization, ensuring transparency and alignment on marketing initiatives and performance metrics.
