INTRODUCTION

evoke have an exciting new opportunity for a Live Casino Commercial Manager to join their team. Lining into the Head of Gaming Marketing, you’ll work closely with other areas of the business to drive live casino growth and implement commercial strategy. You’ll take charge of the Mystery Wheel, our Tier 1 proposition, as well as understanding player behaviours in order to optimise their experience. If you’re passionate about driving engagement and improvement and have commercial gaming experience then this could be your role.

  • Deep understanding of online Live Casino products and the existing marketplace
  • Promotional experience from planning and design through to execution
  • Superb communication, organisational, people skills and proficient in Excel
  • Understanding of promotional T’s & C’s and able to take promotional data at face value

Responsibilities:

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING

  • Maintaining the strategic plan and direction for UK and Ireland Live casino
  • Build relationships with stakeholders and suppliers, to manage and negotiate the ongoing market contributions
  • Setting commercial strategies and tactical propositions to drive growth whilst working closely with key stakeholders which include Acquisition, CRM/Personalisation, Product, Operations, and Marketing.
  • Responsible for financial performance of Live Casino including gaming revenue NGR, bonus spend and acquisition/retention budgets across the product value tiers
  • Working alongside the Live Casino Manager on product development roadmaps with a view to improving the customer experience within mobile apps, improving UX/UI and focusing on building MVP features and functionality to improve return on investment
  • Reporting to the Head of Gaming Marketing on Live Casino KPI’s including promotional performance, ensuring performance reporting, trading meetings and period reviews are completed
  • Planning, execution, and constant tracking of commercial activities for Live Casino highlighting the drivers of under and overperformance vs forecast
  • competitor analysis and continued monitoring of Market trends and regulatory changes
