Description:

Title: Gaming Operations Manager (Table Games, Poker, Slots)
Location: PURE Casino Lethbridge
Relocation assistance available to successful candidate.
Reports To: General Manager

SUMMARY

This role is a transitional role designed to reward effective performance with further career progression opportunities, incorporating technical expertise, culture leadership, communication and accountability.
Based on set objectives, the Gaming Operations Manager effectively manages and leads table games, slots and other departments as assigned to achieve and maintain a high level of stability, job performance, compliance, and exceptional customer service. The Gaming Operations Manager assumes responsibility in the absence of the property leader as directed.
Key Responsibilities:

Table Games, Poker and Slots Department performance and meeting budgeted profitability

  • Marketing Execution
  • Thought Leadership & Culture – Leads PURE Culture through execution of Values & Service
  • Communication & Accountability
  • Coaching and Development of direct reports and teams.
  • Stepping Stone Development Role leading to greater responsibility & opportunity

CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS

  • Post- secondary education in business is an asset
  • Minimum 3 years of gaming experience as a Games Manager, Slot Manager or equivalent
  • Demonstrated understanding of overall casino operations
  • Demonstrated knowledge of AGLC Terms and Conditions
  • Proven leadership skills and business acumen
  • Working knowledge with MicroSoft Office, spreadsheets, email, Internet navigation, and presentation software
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Exemplary customer service skills
