ABOUT US:

Parramatta Leagues Club (PLC) is one of Australia’s most iconic Clubs in the Western Sydney region, strengthened by its sister club Vikings Sports Club (Dundas) and newly amalgamated Dural Country Club. Vikings Sports Club is a real family friendly venue, with great Bistro Meals and Little Vikings, a play area for the young ones. We are passionate about bringing together our community, supporting local causes, and offering welcoming experiences for our members and community by delivering exceptional service.

Responsibilities:

We are seeking a Full-Time Gaming Supervisor to lead, develop and support our gaming team in a fast-paced gaming floor. The ideal candidate will be flexible to work a 7-day rotating roster and have strong availability including overnights and weekends.

Duties include but are not limited to:

  • Act as a key adviser to the Gaming Manager, Gaming Operations Manager and Gaming Admin team.
  • Assist in the development of the gaming team, ensuring consistency and accuracy with performance management
  • Ensure a high level of customer service is being provided to members and guests utilising the Club’s gaming facilities.
  • Accurate and timely reporting
  • Ensure our venues fulfils its harm minimisation obligations and promoting the measures and procedures with other team members.
