ABOUT THE ROLE

Are you a natural leader with a green thumb and an eye for detail? If so, we invite you to join our team as a Garden Maintenance Team Leader. Work grounds maintenance (gardening and mowing) predominantly on Coles Service Stations across the northern and western suburbs
A WPCG accreditation is required to work on petrol sites - we can facilitate this training at the company’s cost.
Vehicle will be provided for work use only
This full-time position offers 38 hours per week, a competitive annual salary, and superannuation benefits. RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead and direct a team of maintenance staff, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently.
• Follow schedules and prioritise tasks to ensure timely completion of garden maintenance activities, including planting, hedging, weeding, pruning and fertilising.
• Provide guidance, mentorship, and training to the team to enhance their horticultural skills and safety practices.
• Regularly inspect garden areas to assess their condition, identify improvements needed, and implement corrective actions.
• Interact with clients to understand their preferences, address concerns, and provide updates on maintenance activities.
