We are inviting applications for Gardener’s who have knowledge and experience in the field, with an eye for detail and takes pride in delivering 5* service to join and enhance our established team in Castlemartyr Resort.
As part of the Grounds team, you will have the opportunity to develop your skills under the guidance of the Grounds Golf management team. This is a great opportunity to grow develop a career.

KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE IN THE FOLLOWING AREAS IS ESSENTIAL:

• Preferable to have previous experience in Gardening / Ground Maintenance / Landscaping
• Qualification in Horticultural Studies is advantageous
• Will possess excellent communication skills
• Must have a full drivers licence
• Will have the ability to learn quickly and work in a fast paced environment

• Maintain diverse plantings of trees, shrubs, vines, perennials, grasses, and bulbs.
• Perform seasonal landscape work including pruning, clean-up, bulb planting, dividing and transplanting, leaf removal.
• Assist with training and support seasonal gardeners and interns;
• Ensuring soil is kept in good condition by using suitable fertilizers
• Ability to handle heavy equipment such as chainsaws and electric equipment, power tools
• To plan and assist with any indoor plants that may require attention/maintenance
• To manage any outdoor planting as required
• Plan carry out grounds projects as agreed with management
