Are you passionate about horticulture and seeking a unique workspace surrounded by nature? Join our team at Ragdale Hall Spa, nestled in the picturesque Leicestershire countryside. Our 13-acre grounds provide a green haven for your professional growth.
We are currently seeking a dedicated Gardener, who can join our small but dedicated team as soon as possible, who can contribute to the maintenance and enhancement of our ornamental and amenity landscaped areas.
You will work as part of a small but mighty team, reporting to the Head Gardener. The majority of the work will be routine garden maintenance to ensure that the grounds are pristine, as well as landscape refurbishment and planning.
Ideally you will have experience of working in a grounds/garden maintenance role, using small compact tractors, including associated attachments; this, however, is not essential as full training will be provided.

EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS

  • Candidates should be qualified to NVQ Level 2 or above in amenity/decretive horticulture, or a related discipline.
  • Have knowledge of a range of trees, shrubs and perennials
  • Preferably hold an NPTC – PA1 and PA6 Pesticide Application Certificate, although not essential.
