JOB DESCRIPTION:

We are looking for a Gardener to join our Summerset Avonhead village!
This is a permanent, part-time role which is busy and diverse, assisting the Property Manager with day-to-day garden maintenance activities. Therefore, you will need to be organised and efficient, while a good level of fitness will prove useful for delivering the best in service.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Ensuring well maintained, beautiful gardens and landscapes
• Ensuring the buildings, grounds and amenities are kept clean and tidy for residents, families and staff to enjoy
• Working with the Property Manager & Village Manager to plan, manage and report on work plans and budgets
• Maintaining a professional, friendly and welcoming appearance and manner for all residents & families
