Location: Melbourne Northcote
Job Type: full time or part time (minimum 15 hours per week)
Salary: $45,000-$65,000 annual package, or $25 -$35 per hour+super

We are a growing garment alteration business committed to delivering high-quality services and excellent customer experiences. We are looking for a friendly, organized, and detail-oriented individual to manage customer relations and order processing.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist customers with their alteration needs.
  • Take accurate measurements and record detailed alteration specifications.
  • Provide cost estimates and issue receipts.
  • Organise and label garments for processing.
  • Communicate with customers about order status and handle inquiries or complaints.
  • Communicate with sewing specialists about order information
  • Manage payment collection and ensure accuracy.

Requirements:

  • At least 1 year in fashion retail/ alteration business
  • fashion design and garment pattern making background prefered.
  • Strong communication and customer service skills.
  • Attention to detail and organisational abilities.
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Basic math skills for cost estimation.
  • Previous experience in customer service is a plus.
