Description:
Location: Melbourne Northcote
Job Type: full time or part time (minimum 15 hours per week)
Salary: $45,000-$65,000 annual package, or $25 -$35 per hour+super

We are a growing garment alteration business committed to delivering high-quality services and excellent customer experiences. We are looking for a friendly, organized, and detail-oriented individual to manage customer relations and order processing.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist customers with their alteration needs.
- Take accurate measurements and record detailed alteration specifications.
- Provide cost estimates and issue receipts.
- Organise and label garments for processing.
- Communicate with customers about order status and handle inquiries or complaints.
- Communicate with sewing specialists about order information
- Manage payment collection and ensure accuracy.
Requirements:
- At least 1 year in fashion retail/ alteration business
- fashion design and garment pattern making background prefered.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Attention to detail and organisational abilities.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic math skills for cost estimation.
- Previous experience in customer service is a plus.
