Description:

JOIN STRONGER AS A GARMENT TECHNICIAN AND SHAPE THE FUTURE OF FIT!

Are you a hands-on doer who lives for garment perfection and the thrill of bringing designs to life? We’re looking for a Garment Technician to lead fit development and make our activewear the best on the market! You’ll be the heartbeat of our design and product teams, working with some of the most creative minds, learning, inspiring, and leveling up with each project. This role is perfect for someone passionate about precision and quality in every stitch, from initial pattern to production-ready perfection.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead Fit Development & Fit Sessions

As the go-to expert in fit, you’ll collaborate closely with design and buying teams to ensure every piece meets our fit standards. Manage fit models, conduct and own wear tests, and provide detailed feedback to refine each product.

  • Pattern Making & Grading

Develop and fine-tune patterns with accuracy across all sizes, using 3D tools like CLO to streamline the design process and keep our activewear fit consistent and high-quality.

  • Reduce Returns & Drive Bestsellers

Dive into customer return data, identifying and resolving common fit issues to reduce returns. Partner with teams to keep eCommerce fit guides up-to-date, helping customers find their perfect fit every time.

  • Sample Management & Quality Control

Maintain high standards in sample accuracy, performing risk assessments, updating tech packs with fit comments, construction notes, and technical instructions for suppliers. As well as ensuring all care labels and quality standards are met before production.

  • Supplier & Factory Liaison

Build strong connections with suppliers and factories, keeping production on schedule and resolving technical challenges as they arise, occasionally travelling to oversee international suppliers.

  • Technical Measurements & Industry Standards

Keep our master measurement lists and tech packs accurate and updated, translating design intent seamlessly into production specs.
