Gas Maintenance Engineer

As a Gas Maintenance Engineer with Robertson Facilities Management, you will work as part of a flexible team with continuing responsibility for the provision of a comprehensive, high quality property maintenance service to all facilities on site.

• Take responsibility, alongside the Hard Services Manager and Engineering Team, for ensuring all PPM is programmed and undertaken in line with the contractual/statutory requirements.
• Take responsibility alongside the Hard Services Manager for contractor management, ensuring all contractors have supplied the required RAMs and they are reviewed prior to commencing work.
• Ensure that the Facilities are maintained to the levels specified in the Performance Standards of the Project Agreement between RFM and our clients.
• Undertake planned, responsive, and cyclical maintenance work
• Undertake maintenance duties in such a manner as to ensure the safe operation of all plant, equipment, and tools.
• To maintain asset histories, maintenance records and helpdesk reports, informing the Maintenance Manager of any follow up action that may be required.
• To take part in an on-call rota providing 24-hour, 365-day cover to the facilities.
• To provide support and assistance to other RFM personnel on site in the delivery of contracted services.
