Description:

OVERVIEW

Infinity HVAC Ltd. is seeking experienced and qualified Gas Technicians to join our growing team. We are looking for candidates with a valid G2 Propane license and 3-4 years of experience, particularly in new construction projects. This role involves performing complete gas line work, fittings, and diagnostics under the supervision of our lead Gas Technician.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Valid G2 Propane License (mandatory).
  • 3-4 years of hands-on experience in gas line installations and diagnostics, as we are looking especially for a crew to be a part of the new construction project.
  • Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting heavy objects.
  • Strong mechanical knowledge, including experience with HVAC systems.
  • Proven ability to read and work with schematics and technical drawings.
  • Familiarity with diagnosing furnaces, air conditioners, and air handlers.
  • Strong communication skills and a client-focused approach.
  • A valid Ontario G driver’s license.

ADDITIONAL QUALIFICATIONS (PREFERRED):

  • Air conditioning and refrigeration license.
  • Welding or plumbing skills relevant to gas installations and repairs.

Responsibilities:

  • Install, maintain, and repair gas lines and appliances, including HVAC systems, furnaces, and boilers.
  • Perform full gas line installations and fittings for new construction projects.
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot gas system issues, ensuring safe and efficient operations.
  • Read and interpret schematics and technical drawings.
  • Work closely with the lead technician and team to complete tasks efficiently.
  • Maintain accurate records of installations, repairs, and maintenance work.
  • Ensure compliance with all safety standards and regulations.
