GBS AI Accelerator Data Engineer, GenAI POCs as a Service

TECHNICAL:

Programming in Python and SQL. Experience with NoSQL Databases;
Cloud technologies, preferably Azure ML and / or Vertex AI.
Analyzing large data sets from multiple data sources.
Not mandatory, but preference given to candidates with experience in frameworks such as Langchain and/ LLamaIndex, Vector Databases
Strong interest in Data and Applied AI for Text, Video and Image

Effective communication (oral and written) and problem-solving skills.

Knowledgeable and experienced in operating in an agile dev ops model/ approach is good, but not required. In this role, you will transform, evolve and expand GBS GenAI capability blueprints. Generative AI (Chat-GPT like) will transform our Shared Service operations in the next years. We are looking for the leader to drive that transformation via data integrations, while also keeping the current levels of excellence on the operations intact.
The GBS AI Data Engineer holds responsibility for the ultimate success of our GBS AI Blueprints when it comes to data integration. Is accountable for understanding what users want, setting the solution strategy and roadmap, and guiding a cross functional team to ensure the solution delights users and maximizes business results via the application of Data strategies to solve wicked business problems for OU`s and Regions.

As the GBS AI Accelerator Data Engineer, you will be responsible for:
Leading innovation and defining roadmaps for the GBS AI Blueprints integration with Data
Lead trainings for our GBS AI Blueprints Integrations
Drive improvements in the Data Integrations for the GBS AI Blueprint POCs
Build large-scale data structures, pipelines and efficient Extract/Load/Transform (ETL) workflows to address complex problems and support GenAI business applications as part of our POC as a Service
Develop large scale data structures and pipelines to organize, collect and standardize data to generate insights and addresses reporting needs.
Write ETL (Extract/Transform/Load) processes, design database systems, and develop tools for real-time and offline analytic processing that improve existing systems and expand capabilities.
Collaborate with Data Science team to transform data and integrate algorithms and models into automated processes.
Test systems and troubleshoot malfunctions; leverage knowledge of Data architecture to build data pipelines; utilize programming skills in Python, Java, or similar languages to build robust data pipelines and dynamic systems; build data marts and data models to support Data Science and other internal customers; integrate data from a variety of sources and ensure adherence to data quality and accessibility standards.
