• Gather and deliver insights and learnings from markets, competition, merchandising and consumer and competitive research
• Monitor the performance of the business, taking corrective actions for short, medium, and longer term
• Help identifying growth opportunities based on short term commercial wins and medium-term brand building opportunities
• Orchestrate cross-functional projects and collaborate with multiple and diverse internal stakeholders
• Contribute in the definition and the implementation of the brand strategy across Pandora’s number 1 collection for charms and bracelets
