QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 4+ years of experience with IAM solutions, with a focus on Ping Identity products.
• Extensive knowledge of IAM protocols (e.g., SAML, OAuth, OpenID Connect) and security standards.
• Experience with large-scale IAM deployments and integrations.
• Excellent project management and leadership skills.

GENERAL SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES:

• Technical Skills: In-depth knowledge of IAM frameworks, Ping Identity suite, network security, and cloud technologies.
• Soft Skills: Strong communication, teamwork, customer service orientation, and ability to work under pressure.
• Certifications: Relevant certifications (e.g., Ping Identity Certified Professional, CISSP) are highly desirable.
• Continuous Learning: Commitment to staying current with industry trends and evolving technologies in the IAM domain.

• Act as a subject matter expert for Ping Identity solutions, providing advanced support and guidance.
• Implement complex changes and improvements to the Ping Identity infrastructure.
• Lead the design and implementation of complex IAM projects.
• Conduct root cause analysis for significant issues and develop permanent solutions.
• Mentor and train junior team members (L1 and L2 specialists).
• Respond to and resolve incidents/requests, application onboarding
• Support and troubleshoot existing partnerships.
• SSO certificates management
• Plan Certificate Renewal for onboarded applications
• Assist in Engineering related activities (Patching/DR)
• Stay updated with the latest developments in IAM technologies and best practices.
