As a GEN AI Business Senior Consultant, you will guide companies through the implementation of AI-driven solutions that streamline procurement and manufacturing processes—focusing on business value. This is a role for someone with a sharp business acumen and hands-on experience in applying AI to real-world challenges

What we expect from you:

• Fluent in Polish and Proficient in English.
• 3+ years of experience in strategic or operations consulting with track record on procurement, supply chain or manufacturing focus.
• Expertise in process mapping and redesign (knowledge of applied GenAI will be an advantage).
• Strong analytical skills and experience in building business cases for efficiency improvements.

• Process Mapping & Redesign: Analysing and mapping procurement processes, identifying opportunities for Gen AI-driven improvements.
• Leading custom process redesigns with internal and external teams.
• Procurement Advisory: Offering expert guidance on procurement best practices and supply chain optimization
• Business Case Development: Creating business cases for Gen AI solutions, highlighting ROI and process efficiencies. Test and validate Gen AI-driven improvements.
• Gen AI Innovation: Stay current on GenAI advancements and continuously improve solutions tailored to client needs.
