In this dynamic role, you will develop and implement transformative automation solutions, collaborating closely with IT, data science, and business units. This includes researching the latest GenAI tools and technologies, providing crucial recommendations for continuous improvement.
Gain hands-on experience with LLM implementation using large language models (e.g. GPT-3, GPT-4), Natural Language Processing (NLP) techniques, model training and fine-tuning, data processing, API integration, and ethical AI practices. Enhance your skills in technical communication of complex concepts to stakeholders, collaboration, teamwork, problem-solving with AI, and critical thinking.

Key Responsibilities:
- Support Automation Projects: Assist in the development and implementation of automation solutions using Generative AI technologies, aimed at increasing efficiency and reducing manual workloads.
- Collaborate with Teams: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including IT, data science, and business units, to identify areas for automation and contribute to the planning and design of solutions.
- Research and Development: Conduct research on the latest GenAI tools and technologies, evaluate their potential applications within the organization, and provide recommendations for improvement and innovation.
- Documentation and Reporting: Prepare documentation for projects, including process maps, technical specifications, and user guides, and generate regular progress reports for stakeholders.
