DESCRIPTION
We’re seeking someone to join our team as a GenAI Product – Senior Business Analyst to join a product team driving the execution of generative AI products for the Human Capital Management (HCM) function, including a virtual assistant for our internal customer service function.
This is a Director level position within the HR Workforce Insights & Transformation team, which provides clients with people analytics, data, and insights to enable more informed, strategic decisions on our talent and workforce and develops tools to transform the way we work.

What you’ll do in the role:
- User Stories: Write and refine user stories, including the definition of acceptance criteria, for agile development
- Backlog Management: Define, prioritize and maintain the product backlog
- Sprint Planning: Define sprint goals and scope, setting objectives and prioritizing tasks, ensuring alignment with the overall project goals
- Stakeholder Liaison: Act as a primary point of contact for stakeholders, ensuring clear expectations and fluid communications
- Content Management: Partner with the content governance team and content owners to ensure a robust, comprehensive, fit for purpose governed knowledge base
- Testing: Help establish a testing function to ensure that products meet business requirements and are fit for purpose and ready for deployment
- Change Management and End User Support: Support change management activities and end-user training and provide production support to ensure smooth transitions and adoption of new AI products
- Production Monitoring: Review production performance, including generative responses, to help make data-driven decisions to optimize and evolve AI solutions
QUALIFICATIONS
What you’ll bring to the role:
- At least 6 years’ relevant experience, including work on a complex enterprise-wide system, would generally be expected to find the skills required for this role
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
- Working knowledge of emergent Gen AI technologies (e.g. ML, knowledge management, chatbots, CRM platforms) and their practical business applications, with a propensity for learning
- Proven track record working within agile development practices and managing product backlogs
- Excellent project management and organizational skills
- Strong analytical and innovative problem-solving skills, ideally leveraging business process and data analysis to make informed product decisions
- Effective communication skills, able to distill complex concepts into artifacts detailed enough to meet the needs of end users or technical stakeholders but can be easily interpreted by senior management
- Experience in Human Capital Management / Human Resources and/or Financial Services desirable
