Description:

We currently have an exciting opportunity for a experienced Part Time General Accountant (immediate start) to assist with the daily management and operations of our finance department in our factory based in Clayton.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Day to day account maintenance, including bookkeeping to ensure invoices are recorded correctly
  • Preparation of payroll, superannuation deduction and contribution advices for the various funds
  • Analysis of costs of each project and the organization as a whole
  • Attendance to correspondence on financial matters
  • Preparation of all financial reports as required
  • Preparation of reconciliation of all bank accounts
  • Liaison with Australia Taxation Office and the ASIC
  • Analysis of costs of each project and the organization as a whole
  • Draw up job contract and perform general administration work

The ideal candidate will have a high attention to detail, have good relationship skills and be a qualified finance professional. CPA/CA qualifications will be looked on favorably.
