Description:

Job Responsibilities

  • To execute administrative work
  • To assist in performing office administrative function including sourcing, purchasing, delivery

arrangement, invoicing billings, letters issuance, emails, etc.

  • To update and maintain systematic and proper filling records of admin file
  • To perform any other duties and responsibilities as and when necessary on an ad-hoc basis

Job Requirements

  • Candidate must possess at least a SPM / Diploma in Business Studies / Administration /

Management or equivalent

  • Minimum 2 years of working experience in related field
  • Alertness and attention to detail, proactive, has multi-tasking abilities and accountability
  • A committed team player with good communication and interpersonal skills
  • High integrity and is able to work independently
