WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR – REQUIREMENTS:

  • 3rd Level Business Qualification or equivalent would be an advantage
  • Prior experience in P&C and General Administration
  • Strong interpersonal skills and customer service experience
  • Excellent command in English
  • The ability to work effectively in a diverse team
  • Excellent working knowledge of MS Office

Responsibilities:

WHAT THIS POSITION IS ABOUT - PURPOSE:

We are looking for an enthusiastic professional to play a pivot role in providing full P&C administration service day-to-day across a broad range of P&C processes in order to carry out all necessary activities for the efficient administration of the department.

WHAT WILL YOU DO - RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Responsible for coordinating and managing Excom business events such as commercial reviews, VIP visits, trade partner events etc, to ensure a seamless execution of such within the allocated budget and guidelines
  • Provide administrative and logistics support to the Excom on travel, expense management etc.
  • As the single point of contact between the employee and appointed external service providers, handle the end-to-end process of the physical relocation (arrival and departure) of assignees to ensure a smooth transition, in compliance with applicable local legislation and global policies
  • Independently execute the administrative tasks, as per the relevant documented process and team member guidance
  • Supporting the EHS & General Services Manager in the end to end fleet management
