Description:

As the General and Sales Manager of our seafood business, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our operations. you will reporting directly to the director. We are looking for a self-motivated and results-driven general manager to direct and manage our organization’s business activities and to develop and implement effective business strategies. The successful candidate for this role should possess excellent communication skills, superior knowledge of business functions.

GENERAL MANAGER REQUIRED SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS

  • Degree /Master Holder
  • MUST know to speaks, read , write in English
  • Good knowledge of different business functions
  • Proven success in a managerial role
  • Strong decision-making ability
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and delegation skills
  • Strong working knowledge of operational procedures
  • Meticulous attention to detail.
  • The ability to work under pressure.
  • Availability to work within opening hours (e.g. evenings, holidays, weekends).

Responsibilities:

  • Develop strategic plan for optimized productivity
  • Review and improve organizational effectiveness by developing processes, overseeing employees, establishing a highly motivational work environment, and implementing innovative changes
  • Operational Management:Oversee day-to-day operations, including supply chain management, procurement, production, distribution, and retail activities.Ensure efficient utilization of resources, optimization of processes, and adherence to quality standards and regulatory requirements.Implement best practices for inventory management, cost control, and operational efficiency.
  • Sales and Marketing:Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to expand market reach, acquire new customers, and enhance brand awareness.Collaborate with marketing teams to create compelling promotional campaigns, product launches, and customer engagement initiatives.Establish partnerships with key stakeholders, suppliers, distributors, and retail partners to drive sales growth and market penetration.
  • Proven experience (5 years) in executive leadership roles within the seafood industry or related retail sector.
  • Strong understanding of seafood supply chain dynamics, quality standards, and regulatory requirements.Demonstrated track record of driving business growth, managing complex operations, and delivering results in a competitive market environment.
