GENERAL ASSISTANT

My client is a real estate development group with a history spanning several decades, and they are looking for a general assistant to effectively manage their fast-paced everyday life!
The ideal candidate will play a key role in managing financial records, processing invoices and ensuring tax compliance. This position will also include administrative and project coordination support across various real estate businesses, requiring exceptional organizational skills and effective multi-tasking.
Your main tasks will be
Processing incoming and outgoing invoices, fulfilling them on time.
Preparing and accounting financial records.
Documenting financial transactions and managing records.
Interpreting and maintaining tax obligations and financial liabilities.
Daily office administration tasks, such as answering emails, handling phone calls, supporting project tasks.
Scheduling meetings, taking minutes, if necessary.
Managing utility bills and related documentation, transactions.
Liaising with utility companies.
Coordinating various, mainly real estate projects. E.g. deadlines, performance requirements.
Accurate and up-to-date management of databases, organizing company-related documents.
Expectations
Minimum secondary education; economics or business degree is an advantage
At least 3 years of administrative and assistant experience
Fluent English in writing and speaking
Computer skills (Google Drive, Word, Excel, email management)
Determination, patience and perseverance in everyday tasks
Excellent organizational skills, accurate, precise work!
Good communication skills, ability to work independently and in a team!
Salary: Net 400,000.- HUF, increase after 6 month.
