General Assistant

at  Salt Cave Halotherapy

Salt Cave Paradise Balbriggan are looking for a General Assistant for our Salt Cave Halotherapy premises in Balbriggan, Co. Dublin.
We are looking for motivated and enthusiastic people who work well as part of a team and also show initiative and flair for customer service. Full training will be provided.

As part of your role you will be:

• In charge of welcoming our customers to salt cave halotherapy
• General introduction to what is the benefits of salt therapy
• General cleaning of the caves and surrounding areas
• Communicating with the other staff and manager about customer queries.
• Replenishing product stock
• Taking bookings and replying to emails and answering phone calls

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: From €13.00 per hour
Expected hours: 27 – 33 per week

Schedule:

• 10 hour shift
• 12 hour shift

Experience:

• Customer service: 2 years (required)

Work authorisation:

• Ireland (preferred)
