General Catering Manager - Manchester

Monday - Friday role
We are seeking a General Catering Manager to join our Eurest team. As the General Catering Manager you will need to be energetic, innovative, professional and strategically driven to properly plan for the business needs. You will need to have an organised approach towards work.
The role will manage 3 General Medical Council sites across Manchester City Centre exceeding customer requirements, whilst delivering key financial targets and contract specifications. This role involves developing and leading a team, as well as managing client and contractual relationships in a commercial manner ensuring compliance and company policies are adhered to.

• Manage the delivery of great quality hospitality foodservice at 3 units within Manchester city centre.
• Management of health & safety procedures and standards at all times including adherence to food information regulations and food safety checks
• Management of the catering team to ensure all food production, service and financial targets are met
• Manage the team through effective communication & performance management
• Recruit, trains & develops the team, supporting the company Apprenticeship programme where applicable
• Manage the cleanliness of the kitchen and food service area
• Complete all bookwork and reporting as required
• Ensure all are compliant and run commercially in line with net growth and retention targets.
