JOIN OUR GROWTH JOURNEY AS GENERAL COUNSEL IN AGITO MEDICAL

In AGITO Medical, we’re on an exciting path of growth, and we’re looking for a visionary and experienced Legal Counsel to be our in-house legal expert. As our trusted legal advisor, you’ll play a crucial role in shaping our future by providing strategic and operational legal guidance across commercial contracts, corporate governance (COSEC), employment law, compliance, and beyond. The role is pivotal to mitigating risks, supporting growth strategies, and ensuring that AGITO Medical operates in alignment with legal and ethical standards.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:

  • Qualified solicitor/lawyer with a current practicing certificate (UK or EU preferred).
  • 5+ years post-qualification experience, ideally in a general counsel or senior in-house role.
  • Proven experience in commercial contract law, corporate governance, and employment law.
  • Strong understanding of cross-border legal issues, particularly in healthcare or technology sectors.
  • Experience working with SMEs or growth-stage companies (preferred but not essential).
  • Familiarity with GDPR, healthcare regulations, and sustainability-related legal matters.

  • Strong negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex legal concepts.
