REQUIREMENTS
Requirements:
- 10+ years of legal experience, with a focus on corporate law, software contracts, and regulatory compliance.
- Active membership in a relevant Bar association.
- Proven track record in negotiating complex agreements and managing legal risks.
- Strong understanding of intellectual property law, especially in the software sector.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to convey complex legal concepts to non-legal stakeholders.
- Ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience managing and mentoring legal teams is a plus.

Responsibilities:
- Lead all legal functions and provide strategic legal guidance to the executive team.
- Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of agreements, including software licensing, partnership, vendor, and procurement contracts.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and internal policies.
- Manage disputes and litigation, working closely with external counsel when necessary.
- Oversee intellectual property strategy, including patent and trademark filings and enforcement.
- Advise on risk management and compliance, ensuring the organization mitigates legal exposure.
- Monitor changes in legislation that may affect the organization and advise accordingly.
- Provide training and support to staff on legal issues and compliance requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide practical legal advice that aligns with business goals.
- Represent the company in negotiations and discussions with regulatory bodies, partners, and other stakeholders.
