As a trusted advisor within our organisation, you will play a critical role in proactively working alongside our leadership team and governing bodies. You will do this by providing high quality, timely and commercially relevant legal advice.

Your ability to establish relationships means you will be able to influence an increased understanding of legal and contractual matters across the organisation. In this role, you will also:

• assist to identify, develop, communicate and achieve Pegasus’ strategic goals.
• support the Chief Financial Officer to ensure compliance with best practice governance policy and procedure.
• contribute to organisational risk management, procurement, tender responses, relationship management and continuous improvement activities.
• coordinate and monitor advice from external counsel as necessary, providing focussed and complete briefs.
• identify key terms and conditions relevant to legal arrangements and undertake related drafting and template development.
