What’s on offer?
We are looking for a multiple General Labourers/Truck Drivers to join our Launceston Asphalt Surfacing and Spray Seal Crews.
You’ll be a motivated operator who can support the our crews to achieve our targets whilst contributing to our strong focus on safety, quality, productivity and cost.

To be successful in this position you will require the following skills/experience:

• Ability to maintain safe, clean and secure worksites;
• Ensure quality of work meets set standards;
• Hold a current HC Licence or higher;
• Have relevant industry cards, e.g. Construction Induction Card;
• A positive attitude, self-motivation and the ability to work effectively as part of a team;
• Possess a strong commitment to safety;
• Ability to work night shift and weekends when required;
• Willingness to train and learn on the job.
