YOUR ROLE IN OUR TEAM

• Support and advise end-users with application usage in the own process context
• Create and maintain working instructions with process context for the applications
• Escalate system errors and together with other support roles provide workaround solutions
• Support in implementing and testing the solutions
• Escalate and initiate development needs and ideas
• Provide application specific training with process context
• Be responsible for accuracy and timeliness of a selected legal entity IFRS financial statement
• Perform IFRS and local GAAP accounting and analyse legal entity figures
• Maintain a holistic overview of legal entity transactions and solve unclear items
• Prepare tax postings and reports for the legal entity
• Execute internal controls for the process
• Coordinate legal entity closing and support in audit
• Identify and initiate automation and digitalization potential in RtR process

KEYS TO SUCCESS IN THIS ROLE

• Deep experience in bookkeeping and financial accounting
• Profound user experience of SAP and adequate experience of other systems (e.g. MS Office, HFM, Blackline)
• Deep understanding of IFRS and GAAP
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, both written and verbal
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills
• Fluency in written and spoken English and Finnish
• Applicable education, e.g. Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance
