JOB DESCRIPTION

Our client is seeking a dynamic and experienced General Manager – Arabic Speaker (PR/Communication Agency) to manage the entire operations of their PR/Communication agency. The ideal candidate will be a highly motivated individual with a strong network within the Kingdom, excellent business development skills, and the ability to lead and execute client requirements precisely and efficiently.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Oversee the agency’s day-to-day operations, ensuring smooth workflow and high-quality service delivery.
• Develop and implement operational strategies to drive growth and efficiency.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and delivering tailored PR solutions.
• Lead business development efforts to identify and secure new clients and opportunities.
• Manage and mentor a team of PR professionals, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.
• Ensure all client projects are delivered on time and within scope and budget.
• Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to stay ahead in the market.
• Handle client escalations and resolve issues promptly and effectively.
• Prepare and present regular operational reports to senior management.

TO BE CONSIDERED FOR THIS ROLE, YOU NEED TO MEET THE FOLLOWING CRITERIA:

• Fluency in Arabic is mandatory.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Extensive experience in PR/Marketing/Communications, with a proven track record in managing operations.
• Should have worked in the Saudi Market for at least the last two (2) years
• Should be in a leading role for at least 5 years
• Should have an experience in managing PNL and creating strategies for the business
• Strong network within Saudi Arabia, with a deep understanding of the local market.
• Excellent business development skills, with the ability to identify and pursue new opportunities.
• Demonstrated leadership and team management abilities.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
