Job Description: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced General Manager to the lead the team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in restaurant management, a passion for excellence, and the ability to drive our business forward while maintaining the highest standards of service and quality.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Proven experience as a General Manager or similar senior role, preferably in a high volume establishment.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities.
  • Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
  • In-depth knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and bank holidays.
