You will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the club, from scheduling staff to ensuring that the bar is fully stocked to organizing the biggest and best events. You will work closely with the team to develop and execute marketing and event strategies that keep our guests coming back for more.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Full sales & product knowledge
  • Schedule and managing a team (including recruitment, training and development, coaching and discipline management)
  • Attend and contribute to regular operations meeting focused on profit and revenue, labour and employee feedback
  • Daily inventory to ensure the business is set up for success for the following shift
  • Liquor license compliance
  • Champion internal feedback and hook up programs
  • Marketing and event execution
