We are looking for an accomplished General Manager to lead our dedicated restaurant team! As the cornerstone of the restaurant, you’ll oversee all aspects of operations and ensure unparalleled guest experiences.

  • You should possess the capability to autonomously manage and optimize the restaurant’s performance.
  • You should have experience in mobilising new restaurant opening.
  • You should have experience in recruiting and leading a restaurant team through a new restaurant opening.
  • Assisting with the delivery and upskilling of team members ready for a restaurant opening and launch.
  • You will be capable of overseeing daily operations, maintaining rigorous standards of service and hospitality, and demonstrating a sharp acumen for financial management and cost efficiency.
  • Your leadership will empower our team to consistently deliver exceptional service and foster a welcoming atmosphere.
  • You’ll collaborate closely with the Operations Manager and Operation Director, actively participating in P&L meetings and strategising with the operations team to streamline processes and enhance operational effectiveness.
  • You will work closely with the HR team to effectively communicate and implement company policies and people strategies to ensure seamless team coordination and foster a supportive and inclusive work environment.
  • You will prioritise Health and Safety compliance, ensuring the restaurant meets and exceeds regulatory standards. This includes implementing rigorous protocols and conducting regular inspections.
