Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Sales Leadership: Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy with a focus on building and expanding a robust network of distribution partners across the Asia Pacific region with focus on Thailand, Vietnam, Malaysia, Singapore, Indonesia, Philippines, Australia & NZ
  • Full Responsibility for New Machine Sales Order Intake for APAC Region: Maintain and enhance relationships with key customers and distribution partners, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. Establish and execute regular customer visits. Act as the main point of contact for major accounts and oversee complex negotiations.
  • Development and Engagement of Distribution Partners: Identify, recruit, and develop strong relationships with key distribution partners who will serve as the primary sales channel for our packaging machinery. Provide ongoing support, training, and resources to ensure their success in selling our products
  • Market Expansion: Lead efforts to penetrate new markets and industry segments through strategic partnerships with local distributors and other strategic partners. Tailor market entry strategies to the unique economic and business environments within the region. Identify core Industry segments and actively approaching them
  • Team Development: Hire and manage a high-performing regional sales team and collaborate closely with distribution partners to achieve sales targets. Provide ongoing coaching, training, and performance management to drive excellence for the local team consisting of service technicians, spare parts sales people and admin (total 12 people)
  • Interface, Reporting and Communication: Provide regular updates to the global leadership team, including detailed reports on sales performance, market trends, competition and strategic initiatives. Foster open communication between the Asia Pacific region and the global
  • Financial Management: Oversee and manage the financial performance of the subsidiary, focusing on maximizing profitability through effective sales strategies and cost management. Responsible for budgeting, forecasting and P&L
