General Manager

Our Client Indusone Holdings is looking for a Restaurant General Manager. He/She will maintain complete control of the kitchens of Indusone Holdings and their various brands.
Main duties:-
1. Plan and direct food menus and culinary activities across various brands of Indusone Holdings.
2. Modify menus or create new ones that meet quality standards
3. Estimate food requirements and food/labor costs at the group level
4. Supervise Executive Chef’s from different stores of Indusone
5. Plan, design and curate new concepts and idess for Indusone Holdings.
6. Recruit and manage for the group not limited to the Kithchen
7. Rectify arising problems or complaints
8. Give prepared plates the “final touch”
9. Perform administrative duties
10. Comply with nutrition and sanitation regulations and safety standards
11. Keep time and payroll records
12. Maintain a positive and professional approach with co-workers and customer
