As the General Manager, Food & Beverage (GM, F&B), you’ll be orchestrating a team of MVPs to deliver a top-notch dining experience like no other. You’ll be the head coach, ensuring our customers leave with their bellies full, spirits lifted, and a smile that rivals a Stanley Cup-winning grin! You are accountable for day-to-day front and back of house operations, staff scheduling, food and service quality and all other areas of the restaurant and concessions operations. You work closely with the team to meet and exceed customer expectations. You are part operations manager, part cheerleader, part people leader, and part marketer; eager to drive continuous improvement and create outstanding and memorable experiences for your guests.
Ideally, you have recent experience as a manager in a similar “bar & grill” type of place or a recognizable restaurant chain and know how to use your superior communications chops to deliver amazing customer service, great food, and drinks.
