In 2022, we established our subsidiary Famobra Pte. in Singapore to further expand our flourishing activities in the Asian market. We are looking for an ambitious leader to head the local business hub. With reference to the Head of Global Sales based in our HQ, as the General Manager you will be responsible for the overall operational performance. Furthermore, you will lead the local team, first and foremost by example, and have the overview of the administration for the Famobra Pte.
The position of General Manager in Singapore offers you an excellent opportunity to contribute your own ideas to the sales processes and structures and help lay a solid foundation for our future business in Asia-Pacific with great growth potential. As part of our Global Sales team, you will have 10 experienced colleagues placed both in our HQ and in other parts of the world. Together with your colleagues you align, coordinate and confer on products, customers and business, so that we are always performing our best and thinking about the bigger picture and what is best for the Famobra Group.

Responsibilities:

On the strategic level

  • Responsible for Famobra Pte.: P/L, KPI’s etc.
  • Influence the local strategy in APAC
  • Secure local implementation of our projects, guidelines and our strategy
  • Cooperate closely with the headquarters in Harrislee and our other subsidiaries

On the operational level

  • Daily leader for the local employees
  • Being part of the Global Sales team, including engaging in the team’s efforts to build sustainable long-lasting relationships with customers
  • Participate in fairs and exhibitions in the region and travel all over the APAC region to visit customers and suppliers
