    Description and Requirements
    We are excited to welcome an experienced General Manager to lead our Infrastructure Solutions Group. Reporting directly to the President EMEA Infrastructure Solutions Group. In this role, you will report directly to the President of the EMEA Infrastructure Solutions Group and be a key member of the Lenovo Nordic Leadership team, overseeing teams across the Nordic countries.
    This role presents a fantastic opportunity for a seasoned professional with a robust network. As the leader of the Nordic & Baltic Lenovo Infrastructure Solutions Group (ISG) team, you’ll drive the realization of Lenovo ISG’s full potential in the region. In addition to your responsibilities as General Manager, you will also serve as country leader for ISG Denmark.
    To thrive in this position, we’re looking for a natural leader with prior managerial experience in Solutions, Data Centers, Applications, and/or Services. Your hands-on expertise in overseeing sales and pre-sales functions will be invaluable. Effective communication, delegation skills, and collaboration across various functions are essential. Ultimately, your motivation lies in leading a highly successful team towards maximum productivity, efficiency, and sustainable profitability.
    You embody a genuine sales culture, going the extra mile on every opportunity. You serve as the public face of Lenovo towards media, customers, and business partners; your natural leadership inspires people to follow your direction, and you excel at uniting teams to achieve common objectives and strategic initiatives by breaking down silos and fostering collaboration.

Responsibilities:

The suitable candidate possesses an organized and innovative mindset, focusing on delivering solutions across the business:
Develop strategic and tactical plans to optimize productivity and foster accelerated growth.
Oversee sales, pre-sales, and marketing coverage, along with the go-to-market strategy.
Enhance organizational effectiveness by fostering a highly motivated work environment and implementing innovative improvement approaches.
Uphold standards of excellence and prioritize quality.
Identify opportunities for expansion and growth through developing new business relationships.
Provide guidance and feedback to strengthen specific knowledge/skill areas.
Ensure timely completion of customer projects by maintaining project timelines.
Develop, implement, and manage budgetary and resource allocation plans.
Qualifications and Skills:You demonstrate:
Proven experience in full P&L responsibility.
Management and organizational abilities and ability to manage in a matrix organization.
7+ years of leadership experience, preferably in IT.
Effective problem-solving skills and a commitment to action.
Results-oriented; capable of managing virtual and remote teams effectively as a collaborative team member.
Ability to mentor and motivate local and remote resources.
Skill in aligning people and influencing decision-making within a collaborative environment.
A commitment to high professional ethical standards and promoting a diverse workplace.
