General Manager - FranchiseJob Requirements
As the General Manager of Tru by Hilton, you will lead the hotel’s operations, ensuring exceptional guest experiences and maximizing profitability. You will oversee all aspects of the hotel, including guest services, sales and marketing, staff management, and financial performance.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or related field preferred.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in hotel management, with a focus on limited-service hotels.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Proven track record of achieving financial targets and guest satisfaction goals.
  • Knowledge of hotel management software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities:

  • Leadership: Manage and motivate the hotel team to deliver high levels of guest service. Foster a positive work environment and promote teamwork.
  • Guest Experience: Ensure that all guests receive outstanding service. Address guest concerns promptly and effectively.
  • Operations Management: Oversee daily operations, including front desk, housekeeping, maintenance, and food and beverage services. Implement and maintain Hilton brand standards.
  • Financial Performance: Prepare and manage the hotel budget, monitor financial performance, and implement cost-control measures to achieve revenue targets.
  • Sales & Marketing: Develop and execute marketing strategies to drive occupancy and revenue. Build relationships with local businesses and community organizations.
  • Staff Development: Recruit, train, and evaluate staff performance. Encourage ongoing training and professional development.
  • Compliance: Ensure the hotel complies with health and safety regulations, as well as Hilton policies and procedures.
