HealthOne is seeking a General Manager to provide onsite leadership & strategic direction for our growing multi-disciplinary healthcare business.
HealthOne allows individuals to conveniently access 8 key health & wellness services – family & walk-in medicine, dental care, mental health counselling, physical rehabilitation, wellness practitioners, optometry & optical, medispa & skin care, and more. The General Manager will ensure all pillars listed above are managed appropriately and executed on regularly in order maintain operational standards & encourage continuous growth.
The General Manager will also work closely with and receive high-level direction & support from the HealthOne leadership team across Clinical, Marketing, Finance, HR & Strategy functions. As such, our ideal candidate will have the ability to exercise sensible discretion, confident decision-making and thrive with a significant amount of autonomy.

REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s Degree in healthcare administration, business, or similar area of study.
- Management experience within healthcare setting.
- Skilled in people management with a proven track record of training and coaching staff in a fast-paced, client-facing setting.
- Ability and passion for leading a team while creating a productive & positive workplace culture.
- Proficiency in strategic planning and managing budgets to ultimately achieve business targets.
- Experience with creation as well as implementation of policies & procedures.

- Promotes behaviours that encourage patient retention and facilitate interdisciplinary programs of care
Responsibilities:
RESPONSIBILITIES
People & Culture, Recruitment
- Trains, coaches, manages, empowers and inspires staff to deliver to their full potential.
- Analyzes workforce continually and identifies organizational gaps.
- Oversees recruitment and onboarding of staff across all practitioner and administrative functions when necessary.
Site Operations
- Ensures optimal site operations by managing staffing capacity, facilitating maintenance & infrastructure management and implementing relevant improvements.
- Develops, implements and maintains policies & procedures in order to ensure operational standards are maintained.
Financial Excellence
- Attains annual revenue goals through the development of tools, programs and internal controls as well as efficient expense & resource management.
Strategic Growth & Development
- Determines development opportunities, including but not limited to additional clinical services & programs of care, based on KPI metric analysis.
Patient Acquisition
- Drives patient acquisition efforts via marketing partnerships, digital platforms and loss leader channels.
Patient Success & Experience
- Promotes behaviours that encourage patient retention and facilitate interdisciplinary programs of care.
