JOB DESCRIPTION
- Manage area and stall managers to ensure smooth workflow and operations
- Manage HR diputes between employees
- Manage marketing efforts with HQ to ensure that marketing is rolled out effectively
- Gather feedback from the operations to ensure that customer service and food quality can be improved.
- Look into sales and profit & loss analysis to find areas of improvement and optimisation.
- Conduct weekly meetings with managers of different areas of the business to ensure alignment.
